Employees are provided opportunities to maximise their potential through training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing work performance or preparing them for positions of higher responsibility.

Multi-functional exposure is also encouraged for engineers - this may take the form of job rotations, special projects, overseas assignments and secondments to Shareholders’ Offices for suitable personnel. Career development for engineers may take the direction of a managerial ladder or a technical specialist ladder, depending on the individual’s aptitude and contributions as well as our organisation’s needs.

For fresh or relatively new graduates who join us, arrangements are made to accelerate their job competency and improve their career prospects through training initiatives and cross-functional postings where applicable.
